The Cleveland Blues Soccer Club is a premier soccer club on the east side of Cleveland. We are fortunate to be able to call the suburban campus of Notre Dame College our home. Notre Dame College is situated in South Euclid - Lyndhurst near Cedar Road exit of 271. The college is easily accessible from all areas of NE Ohio.

Philosophy of the Cleveland Blues

We believe that how young athletes are taught sports is just as important as who is teaching the sport. The staff members have a proven track record of working well with young athletes, as well as vast knowledge and experience in the sport of soccer. The directors and coaches of the Cleveland Blues have incorporated the best aspects of their personal training and career success into a fun and enjoyable camp atmosphere.  

What Our Camp Has to Offer

Our philosophy is to develop confidence and skill in each player. We emphasize attitude, teamwork, and decision making abilities in our camp. These lessons contribute to knowledge of the game and leadership skills that are necessary elements in all team sports. Our focus is on individualized attention for each camper. We strive to develop and improve upon foot skills, teamwork, and learning with an overall emphasis on having fun. We believe that the surest way to keep kids involved in the sport of soccer is make sure they have fun learning and playing soccer. You will find our Directors are always available after camp sessions, and by appointment, to discuss your soccer concerns and questions.

Half Day/Full Day Camps

Our Half Day Camps are geared for campers that are 5 to 8 years old and run Monday - Friday From 9:00am to 12:00pm. In the morning sessions we work on the fundamentals of soccer. Every drill and game is specifically geared towards improving the campers overall soccer ability. We end every morning session with an age appropriate inter camp group soccer game.  

The Half Day Campers can bring a small snack and should bring a lot of water.

Our Full Day Camps are geared for campers that are 8 to 14 years old and run Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. The after noon session of our camps work on some more advanced soccer skills and games. We then conclude the day with a game of soccer so the campers can use teh skills learned at camp in a game-like situation.

The Full Day Campers should bring a packed lunch and again a lot of water. We will be outside all day and its needed.

Overnight Camp

Our  Overnight  camp  will  be  held  at  Family  First  Sports  Park  in  Erie, PA.
Camp is from Sunday July 12th to Thursday July 16th, 2008.

Campers will be exposed to many different coaches and activities during the week. This camp is geared for both boys and girls age 8 to 18 years old. This is a great way to play soccer in a new setting and make a lot of new friends at the same time. 

We also have the ability to have full team camps. Your team will train and play together and be trained with by our coach without any outside players adding to the group.
